The items arrived in 27 days to Ontario Canada. I ordered two headphones; one in blue and another in red. Both were shipped together in a well packed cardboard box. Within the box, the items were packed in a retail box. The instructions that come with the item did not include how to connect the headphone by bluetooth. It refers you to a pairing section, but there isn’t one noted. It was quite easy to do, all we had to do was turn it on and wait for the blue light to flash and then it would pair. The battery took about one hour to charge and dropped 10%, after one hour of use. I purchased the headphones as Christmas gifts and the sound is quite good. The only issue we have noticed so far is that the sound defaults to a very high level, when you first turn the headphone on. Pictures attached.

The items arrived in 27 days to Ontario Canada. The box contains the headphones, two cables and a small instruction booklet. The black cable is the charge cable. The headphones have a lithium battery, that it not easily removable. You can connect it to a computer or smartphone cable head. The other cable is a wired audio cable. The battery took less than two hours to charge. The pictures show the charge port location. Overall the sound is quite good. The only issue is the default sound level is too high. Since this is being used by our children, we have told them to set their tablets to a very low level each time they use them. Pictures attached.
