1.Why the light doesn’t light up?

2.Why can not the light connect to WiFi?
Please make sure that the WiFi is 2.4GHz.

3.Why doesn’t the light work when it is installed outdoors?

4.Why does the light automatically turn on without any control?
Please check if you have set a timed turn on for this light on the APP.

5.Why can’t the light flash after wiring?

Works as promised. build quality is only average but cheap so ok. One not noice design flaw is that the power cable is soldered to the mainboard. This is bad. it would be so much nicer to have a screw in terminal this way it is not ideal.

Product took VERY LONG to receive. Seems it was processed quickly but shipping took a very long time. Once I received the product it came in very well protected packaging HOWEVER there was still some damage to the boxes. With all that being said GREAT PRODUCT and is exactly what I ordered.
